Principal Permitted Uses on the Land and in Buildings:

Single-family detached dwelling units.

Real estate office.

Existing nonconforming commercial uses at time of ordinance adoption.

Accessory Uses Permitted:

Private residential swimming pools, subject to Subsection 19-11.11.

Private garages and sheds.

Off-street parking, subject to Subsection 19-11.7.

Fences and walls, subject to Subsection 19-11.4.
