Single-family detached dwellings.

Professional offices.

Accessory Uses Permitted: Same as for RR-1 zone.

Conditional Uses.
1. 
Hotels and motels (subject to Subsection 19-12.3b).
2. 
Restaurants (in hotels and motels only—subject to Subsection 19-12.3).
3. 
Bed-and-breakfast inns (subject to Subsection 19-12.3f).
