For the purpose of this chapter, the following eight classes of districts are hereby established within the City as shown on the Official Zoning Map, which (together with all explanatory matter thereon) is hereby adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter.

   A-1   Agricultural District

   R-1   One- and Two-Family Residential District

   R-1A   Restricted One-Family and Multi-Family Residential District

   R-2   Multi-Family Residential District

   R-3   Mobile Home Park Residential District

   C-1   Commercial District

   C-2   Commercial/Residential District

   I-1   Industrial District
