Faculty offices, administrative offices, classrooms, laboratories, chapels, auditoriums, lecture halls, libraries;

Student and faculty centers, athletic facilities, dormitories, fraternities, sororities.

Parking lots for automobiles and vehicles used by students, faculty, staff, other university personnel and visitors;
B.
University maintenance facilities, storage facilities, heating and cooling facilities and other similar uses incidental to the operation of a university;
C.
Temporary buildings for construction purposes for a period not to exceed the completion date of such construction.

Boarding and rooming houses owned by a university;
B.
Institutional offices or headquarters for educational, fraternal, professional or religious nonprofit organizations.

Front yard setback: Forty-five (45) feet (except that university owned nondormitory residential uses shall be not less than twenty-five (25) feet).
B.
Side yard setback: Forty-five (45) feet (except that university owned non-dormitory residential uses shall be not less than fifteen (15) feet).
C.
Rear yard setback: Forty-five (45) feet (except that university owned nondormitory residential uses shall be not less than thirty (30) feet).
D.
Minimum lot area: None required.
E.
Minimum lot width: None required.

One parking space for each three faculty and staff members and other employees, plus one additional parking space for each four students as determined in the design ratio.
