16 - RS SINGLE-FAMILY SUBURBAN RESIDENCE DISTRICT

The RS district is intended to provide a pleasant and spacious living area. The larger lot sizes shall encourage preservation of wooded areas and other green space, yet enable development.

Public parks, playgrounds and recreational buildings;
C.
Nurseries, greenhouses and general farming, not including animal farms or kennels, provided any lot or tract in such use shall not be less than five acres in area.
