Block 4802, Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12, shall be redeveloped with an inclusionary multifamily residential development, which will consist of 190 apartment units to be located in six buildings, and 10 townhouses, for a combined total of 200 units, of which 35 will be affordable (the "Bowcraft Redevelopment Project").
