Maximum Square footage six feet on each side (2"x3").

Shall be located on the front/rear property of the business in question.

Shall be non-illuminated.

Shall be removed overnight when the business in question is closed. No sign shall be allowed to remain or left overnight.

A permit for sign(s) shall be required. Each sign shall have been identified by an approval sticker provided by the Department of Inspections.

All signs shall be placed in a location that will not impede pedestrian traffic.

Any sign placed without an approval shall be so notified by a Code Enforcement Officer or his designee. Failure to seek and obtain approval after such notice shall result in removal of the sign.
