Building, Area and Yard Requirements.

a. 
The project shall have a maximum density of 200 units, inclusive of 35 affordable rental family units.
b. 
Minimum lot area: 12.5 acres.

Minimum number of residential buildings: eight.

Maximum building coverage: 20%.

Maximum impervious lot coverage (%): 50%.

Minimum depth of buffer area: 20 feet.
