The C-Conservation Zone is established to provide for the designation and recognition of certain parcels of land that, by reason of their natural condition or environmental features, are best left in their natural state as permanent open space for the enjoyment and benefit of all citizens. All lots so designated shall either be owned or under the control of the Township of Scotch Plains, or an authorized agency thereof, and shall be left in their natural condition and shall remain undeveloped.
