§ 23-8.2

Basic Requirements.

This section shall not be effective until approved by the court pursuant to N.J.A.C. 5:93-8.1(b).[1]

The Township of Scotch Plains shall not spend development fees until the court has approved a plan for spending such fees in conformance with N.J.A.C. 5:93-8.9.
