The intensity of permitted use regulations is as follows:

A.

Site Plan Review.

1.

All proposed commercial structures, as well as expansions, or structural alterations of existing commercial structures, and open storage shall be subject to Chapter 17.42 of this title;

2.

No building permit for a commercial structure shall be issued until or unless the application is in conformance with this Code.

3.

All permitted uses and special uses, according to Section 17.13 Schedule of Uses, shall be in conformance with applicable sections of this Code, including but not limited to Section 17.42, Section 17.44, Section 17.49, 17.75 and Section 17.77 of the SMC.
