No building permits shall be issued for the construction, reconstruction or alteration of any structure in the town unless such construction, reconstruction or alteration conforms to the standards governing the use of safety glazing materials for hazardous locations, as those terms are defined in article 2 of title 9, C.R.S. 1973.

The board adopts, as standards for the use of safety glazing materials in hazardous locations for the town, the provisions of article 2 of title 9, C.R.S. 1973, which are incorporated in this chapter by this reference.

The building inspector of the town shall inspect all places not inspected by the state of Colorado Division of Labor under the provisions of article 2 of title 9, C.R.S. 1973, to determine whether such places are in compliance with the town's standards for the use of safety glazing materials.
