The intensity of permitted use regulations is as follows:

Site Plan Review.

1.

All proposed commercial structures, as well as expansions or structural alterations of existing commercial structures, shall be subject to Chapter 17.42 of this code;

2.

No building permit for a commercial structure shall be issued until or unless the application is in conformance with this code.
