The regulations set out in this chapter shall apply to all gasoline service or filling stations.

All buildings at a gasoline service or filling station shall be located at least forty feet from any street right-of-way line.

Gasoline pumps and other appliances at a gasoline service or filling station shall be located at least fifteen feet from any street right-of-way line.

All service, storage or similar activities at a gasoline service or filling station shall be conducted entirely on the premises.

All major repair work, if any, at a gasoline service or filling station shall be conducted within a completely enclosed building.

Open storage of wrecked or inoperable cars, discarded tires, auto parts or similar materials shall not be permitted at a gasoline service or filling station.
