7,000 square feet in R-1. 3,000 square feet per family in R-2. 3,000 square feet for first family, 1,000 for each additional family in R-3.

Minimum lot areas and widths for "R-2" apply to dwellings in "C-1" and "C-2" Districts, except in Planned Developments. No minimums for "C" uses in "C" Districts.
(E)
No side yard is required in a "C-1," "C-2," "M-1," or "M-2" District unless it adjoins a Residential District, where a side yard of eight feet is required.
On any lot on which a front yard is required by this Ordinance, no wall, fence, or other structure shall be erected and no hedge, shrub or other growth or structure of any kind shall be maintained in such location within such required front yard so as to obstruct the view, as defined herein, however, this shall not apply where buffer areas are required by this Ordinance. Any fence, wall, hedge, shrubbery, etc., higher than a base line extending from a point 1.5 feet above walk grade at the front yard line to a point 4.0 feet above walk grade at the required building setback line is hereby defined to be an obstruction of view. Deciduous trees are not included in this restriction.
