The regulations set forth in this section, or set forth elsewhere in this Ordinance when referred to in this section, are the regulations in the "R-2" Limited Multifamily District.

1.

Use regulations. A building or premises shall be used for the following purposes:

a.

Any use permitted in the "R-1" Single-Family Residential District. Mobile homes shall not be allowed.

b.

Two-, six-family dwellings, with each living unit having living area on grade (i.e. first floor), when all yard area and setback requirements, as set forth in Section XIII (13) [Section XII], are met.

c.

Accessory building or use customarily incidental to any of the above uses, including a storage garage on a lot occupied by a multiple dwelling.

2.

Parking regulations. Off-street parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with the requirements for specific uses set forth in Section XV (15) [Section XIV].

3.

Height and area regulations. The height and area regulations set forth in Sections XIII (13) and XIV (14) [Sections XII and XIII] shall be observed.
