The purpose of this chapter is to provide local guidance for the safe and aesthetically pleasing implementation of Arizona Revised Statutes §§ 9-591 through 599 (the "Act"), as may be amended, relating to the construction or installation of small wireless facilities in city right-of-way.

The Act as well as "City of Bullhead City Design Standards, Concepts and Requirements for Small Wireless Facilities in the Right-of-Way" as may be amended by the city manager in furtherance of the Act, are fully incorporated into this chapter.

Application fees and assessments applicable to the occupation of city right-of-way under this chapter are outlined in the Comprehensive Fee Schedule as found under Section A3.40.200 of the Bullhead City Municipal Code.
