A.

The development review committee is established and shall consist of one representative from each of the offices listed below:

1.

Planning and zoning division, who shall chair the committee;

2.

Building division;

3.

Engineering division;

4.

Parks and recreation division;

5.

Fire department;

6.

Local utility companies;

7.

Other agencies as deemed necessary by the development services director based on the type of project submitted.

A.

It shall be the duty of the development review committee to review all current development proposals, complex permit requests, conceptual plans, preliminary subdivision plats, and any other development services departmental activities as deemed appropriate by the director of said department, for compliance with the applicable ordinances of the city.

B.

It shall be the duty of the chairman of the development review committee to:

1.

Notify the applicant of such meeting. This meeting shall also be open to the applicant's representatives and other interested parties;

2.

Cause comments by committee members to be made available to the applicant upon their receipt.

The development review committee shall meet on an as needed basis at the same time and place, as determined to be convenient to the members.
