Regulated flood hazard areas within the city have been designated in accordance with the city's floodplain hazard management regulations. Land use within the designated regulated flood hazard areas shall be subject to the provisions of the city's floodplain hazard management regulations, and any amendments thereto; and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
