- "MH" MANUFACTURED HOME PARK DISTRICT REGULATIONS
The MH- manufactured home district is intended to provide for quality manufactured home subdivision development containing many of the characteristics and atmosphere of a standard single-family subdivision.

A building or premise shall be used only for the following purposes:
1.
A manufactured home park.
2.
Such uses as are normally accessory to a manufactured home park, including office and/or maintenance buildings for management and maintenance of the mobile home park only, recreation buildings and swimming pools, private clubs, laundry facilities and storage facilities for use of the residents of the manufactured home park, and open recreation areas.
3.
Any uses permitted in the "2F-9, TH-1, TH-2, MF-1 and MF-2 district.
4.
Such uses as may be permitted under the provisions of special use permits, section 12-30-6.
5.
Home occupations.

Height regulations will be:
15 feet maximum.

Minimum size of yards:
(A)
Front yard: 30 feet from a street 15 feet from any drive.
(B)
Side yard: Five feet. 20 feet between mobile homes. 20 feet from district line.
(C)
Rear yard: Ten feet. 20 feet from district line.
2.
Minimum size of lot:
(A)
Lot area: 4,500 square feet per unit.
(B)
Lot width: 40 feet.
(C)
Lot depth: 95 feet.
3.
Minimum dwelling size: 480 square feet.
4.
Lot coverage: N/A

Two spaces per unit located on the lot plus additional spaces for accessory uses as required in article 31.

Maximum area for a manufactured home park is 35 acres and the minimum area required is 20 acres.

Two-family (duplex), townhouse, and multiple-family construction in this district shall conform to the 2F-9, TH-1, MF-1 district standards respectively.

Manufactured housing units shall have tie-downs to restrict movements of the units and skirting fastened between the unit and ground elevation.
