CHAPTER 10

R-3 ONE AND TWO FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT

10-10-1: PERMITTED PRINCIPAL USES:

All permitted uses in an R-2 District.
Two-family dwellings.
Any other similar uses deemed to be consistent. (Ord. 18-08, 6-3-2019)

10-10-2: PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES:

Any permitted accessory use in an R-2 District. (Ord. 18-08, 6-3-2019)

10-10-3: WHEN AUTHORIZED BY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS:

Bed and breakfast inns.
Boarding and lodging houses.
Any other similar uses deemed to be consistent by the Board of Zoning Appeals. (Ord. 18-08, 6-3-2019)

10-10-4: HEIGHT REGULATIONS:

No principal structure shall exceed three (3) stories or thirty five feet (35') in height and no accessory structure shall exceed one story, or fifteen feet (15') in height, except as provided in chapter 28, "Additional Requirements, Exceptions And Modifications", of this title.
