CHAPTER 9

R-2 ONE-FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT

10-9-1: PERMITTED PRINCIPAL USES:

Any permitted use in an R-1 District.
Any other similar uses deemed to be consistent by the appropriate authority. (Ord. 18-08, 6-3-2019)

10-9-2: PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES:

Any permitted accessory use in an R-1 District.
Other uses incidental to a permitted use. (Ord. 18-08, 6-3-2019)

10-9-3: WHEN AUTHORIZED BY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS:

Any use authorized by appropriate authority in an R-1 District.
Dwelling groups.
Any other similar uses deemed consistent by the Board of Zoning Appeals. (Ord. 18-08, 6-3-2019)

10-9-4: HEIGHT REGULATIONS:

No principal structure shall exceed three (3) stories or thirty five feet (35') in height. No accessory structure shall exceed one story or fifteen feet (15') in height, except as provided in chapter 28, "Additional Requirements, Exceptions And Modifications", of this title. (Ord. 18-08, 6-3-2019)

10-9-5: LOT AREA, FRONTAGE, AND YARD REQUIREMENTS:
