R-6 MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT

10-13-1: PERMITTED PRINCIPAL USES:

Any permitted use in an R-5 District.

Housing designed for the elderly.

Any other similar uses deemed to be consistent by the appropriate authority. (Ord. 18-08, 6-3-2019)

10-13-2: PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES:

Any permitted accessory use in an R-5 District.

Other uses incidental to a permitted use. (Ord. 18-08, 6-3-2019)

10-13-3: WHEN AUTHORIZED BY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS:

Any use authorized by appropriate authority in an R-5 District.

Any other similar use deemed to be consistent by the Board of Zoning Appeals. (Ord. 18-08, 6-3-2019)

10-13-4: HEIGHT REGULATIONS:

No principal structure shall exceed twelve (12) stories or one hundred fifty feet (150') in height at the required front, side and rear yard lines, and no accessory building shall exceed one story or fifteen feet (15') in height except as provided in chapter 28, "Additional Requirements, Exceptions And Modifications", of this title.
