CHAPTER 12

R-5 MULTIPLE FAMILY RESIDENCE DISTRICT

10-12-1: PERMITTED PRINCIPAL USES:

All permitted uses in an R-4 District.
Dwellings, multiple family.
Any other similar uses deemed to be consistent. (Ord. 18-08, 6-3-2019)

10-12-2: PERMITTED ACCESSORY USES:

Any permitted accessory use in an R-4 District.
Other uses incidental to a permitted use. (Ord. 18-08, 6-3-2019)

10-12-3: WHEN AUTHORIZED BY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS:

Any use authorized by appropriate authority in an R-4 District.
Any other similar use deemed to be consistent by the Board of Zoning Appeals. (Ord. 18-08, 6-3-2019)

10-12-4: HEIGHT REGULATIONS:

No principal structure shall exceed six (6) stories or seventy five feet (75') in height at the required front, side and rear yard lines, and no accessory building shall exceed one story or fifteen feet (15') in height, except as provided in chapter 28, "Additional Requirements, Exceptions And Modifications", of this title. 10-12-5: LOT AREA AND YARD REQUIREMENTS:

The following minimum requirements shall be observed along with bufferyard requirements as described in chapter 28, "Additional Requirements, Exceptions And Modifications", of this title.
