The provisions of this title shall be minimum requirements, adopted for the promotion of the public health, safety, convenience, comfort, prosperity and general welfare. Where this title imposes greater restrictions upon the use of buildings or other structures, or law or ordinance, the provisions of this title shall prevail. (Ord. 18-08, 6-3-2019)
