Yards Adjacent to Barnegat Bay, Lagoons, Coves, and Other Bodies of Water.

There shall be an open, unoccupied space between the shoreline at mean high water and a line drawn parallel thereto of not less than 15 feet with the exception of any structure or portion of a structure less than 12 inches above the general ground level.
