§ 13-13.3
Area and Yard Requirements.

a.
The minimum width of a lot used for a use permitted under Subsection 13-13.2 above shall be determined by the off-street parking and loading provisions of this section.
b.
The minimum area of a lot used for a use permitted under Subsection 13-13.2 above shall be determined by the off-street parking and loading provisions of this section subject to the following minimum requirements.
1.
Front yards shall have a minimum depth of 15 feet from the street line.
2.
Rear yards shall have a minimum depth of 10 feet.
3.
Side yards shall have a minimum width of 10 feet each from the side lot lines.
c.
Every lot used for residential purposes or other uses permitted in the R-A District, shall conform to the area and yard requirements of the R-A District, except mixed uses shall comply with the parking requirements set forth in § 13-11.2 and the parking requirements of the Limited Commercial District.
