§ 13-8.3
Permitted Exceptions to Setbacks in All Zones.

The following shall be exempt from setback requirements in all zones:
a.
Bay windows provided they do not exceed 18 inches into the required setback and do not extend downward to the finished floor
b.
Roof overhangs projecting two feet or less
c.
Chimneys projecting two feet or less
