Any uses and buildings not listed above in Subsections 13-9.1 and 13-9.2. Motels, hotels, condominiums, cooperative apartments, garden apartments, Bed and Breakfast establishments, and other multifamily uses and buildings are specifically prohibited. Dual use is prohibited, with the exceptions as established in § 15-3 entitled Site Plan Exemption Committee.
