See § 13-7.3d, permitted coverage with a swimming pool and/or hot tub. The total square footage of all structures above 12 inches above grade on a given building lot may not exceed 33% of the total square footage of that building lot. The primary structure, all accessory buildings, the swimming pool, required copings (walkways) around the pool, and/or hot tub shall not cover more than 43% of the total square footage of the lot.
