If a structure is to be located on a corner lot with an area of 6,000 square feet or less it shall be permitted to have one front yard setback of 20 feet and one front yard setback of 10 feet at the property owners choice, provided that the location of the structure does not encroach on the site triangle as set forth in Subsection 13-15.3 herein. The front yard setback of 20 feet may be decreased to 15 feet for the construction of decks or open porches (see definitions).
