44 - C-3 CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT
Sections:
The regulations set forth in this chapter, or set forth elsewhere in this title when referred to in this chapter, are the district regulations of the C-3 central business district.

A building or premises shall be used only for the following purposes:
(1)
Any use permitted in the C-2 general commercial district without restrictions imposed in the C-2 district;
(2)
Bakery;
(3)
Bottling works;
(4)
Building material sales and storage;
(5)
Bus or truck terminal;
(6)
Candy manufacture;
(7)
Cleaning and dyeing plants;
(8)
Creamery and dairy operation;
(9)
Freight terminal and grain elevator;
(10)
Ice plant;
(11)
Ice cream manufacture;
(12)
Jewelry manufacture;
(13)
Laboratory;
(14)
Laundry;
(15)
Printing, publishing and engraving;
(16)
Truck or bus garage and repair shop;
(17)
Warehousing;
(18)
Wholesale establishment;
(19)
Other uses similar to the above when approved by the board of adjustment as provided in Chapter 20.76.

Ground floor and below grade dwellings as provided in section 20.68.020 (28).

The height and area regulations set forth in Chapter 20.60 shall be observed.

Off-street loading spaces shall be provided in accordance with the requirements of Chapter 20.60. Provision for off-street parking is not required in the C-3 central business district.
