32 - R-4 MULTIPLE DWELLING DISTRICT

The regulations set forth in this chapter, or set forth elsewhere in this title when referred to in this chapter, are the district regulations in the R-4 multiple dwelling district.

A building or premises shall be used only for the following purposes:
(1)
Any use permitted in the R-3 two-family dwelling district;
(2)
Multiple dwellings;
(3)
Medical clinics;
(4)
Roominghouses and boarding houses;
(5)
Nursing, rest or convalescent homes;
(6)
Accessory buildings and uses customarily incident to any of the above uses, including storage garage, where the lot is occupied by a multiple dwelling. If a storage garage is not a part of the main building it shall have a front yard setback as large as the main dwelling and not less than five feet from any side street line or other required setback, if greater;
(7)
Office of a physician or dentist;
(8)
Office buildings as provided for in Section 20.68.040(10).

Adaptive reuse of a special use building as provided in Section 20.68.040(30).

The height and area requirements set forth in Chapter 20.60 shall be observed.

Off-street parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with the requirements for specific uses set forth in Chapter 20.64.
