34 - F-1 TOWNHOUSE DISTRICT

The regulations set forth in this chapter, or set forth elsewhere in this title when referred to in this chapter, are the district regulations in the F-1 townhouse district.

A building or premises shall be used only for the following purposes:
(1)
Any use permitted in the zone in which the land was located prior to its conversion to a townhouse district;
(2)
Townhouses.

The height and area regulations set forth in Chapter 20.60 shall be observed.

Off-street parking spaces shall be provided in accordance with the requirements for specific uses set forth in Chapter 20.64.

A building or premises shall be subject to the following restrictions:
(1)
Every dwelling unit shall have access to a street, court, walkway or other accessway designed for public use through dedication, easement or right-of-way.
(2)
No townhouse structure shall be erected within forty feet of any other.
(3)
Each townhouse shall contain at least four and not more than ten dwelling units.
(4)
Every dwelling unit shall be located on and within a lot which shall be duly dimensioned and designated as the owner's area of responsibility.
