Fences in the rear yard and side yard of a lot shall be no higher than eight feet. Those placed in the front yard of a lot shall be no higher than four feet and fences on corner lots shall be of the type that will not cut off the view of approaching traffic at the corner.

Any development proposed on land located within a designated floodplain shall be subject to additional standards pursuant to Chapter 28 of this code.

(a)
No town water and sewer services shall extend beyond the corporate limits of the town. The council, however, may authorize such an extension when it is necessary to protect the health and safety of Lovell residents.
(b)
Within the town limits, water, sewer, and utility lines, and streets may be extended to places presently not served only where all owners of property along the route not presently and adequately served shall bear the full cost of the extension on a front-foot basis. This will apply to extensions constructed by the town or by private developers. Property owners shall be notified prior to any planned extension and shall have the right to protest the decision to extend before the council under the rules of the Wyoming Administrative Procedures Act.

All construction shall meet the standards of the latest edition of the Uniform Building Code approved by the town ordinances.

A permit application must be submitted, reviewed and approved prior to bringing any mobile home, manufactured home or modular home into the Town limits.
A map with accurate scale measurements of the placement of a single mobile home, single manufactured home or single modular home will be submitted with application prior to issuance of a permit. The map shall contain adjacent street locations, all property lines, mobile home, manufactured home or modular home size and location with set back measurements to property lines. The map shall contain all utility locations including but not limited to water, sewer, gas, and electric.
To obtain a permit to place a mobile home, manufactured home or modular home within the Town limits a HUD plate/label verification for a manufactured home and a IBC label verification for a modular home must be performed by the Town Building Inspector.
No mobile home, manufactured home or a modular home with dimensions less than required in code section 26-11-040 will be permitted within one half mile of Town limits unless it is within a Town approved mobile home park as authorized by W.S. 15-3-202 (b) (i).
Violations for placing or moving a mobile home, manufactured home or modular home within the Town limits prior to permit issuance will result in a written warning giving a 4 calendar day allowance to move mobile home or manufactured home outside of the Town limits at owners expense. Failure to move mobile home or manufactured home within the four calendar day limit may result in a citation and fine up to $750 dollars plus moving expenses. Every four days in which the violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
