19 - Appeals.

Section 26-19-010 - From action of building inspector or planning commission.
Appeals from a decision by the building inspector or planning commission may be made in writing to the board of adjustment. Such appeals must be filed with the town office at least five working days before a regular meeting of the board of adjustment.

Section 26-19-020 - From action of board of adjustment.
Appeals from a decision of the board of adjustment may be made to district court as provided by 15-1-707(h) of the Wyoming Statutes of 1977, as amended.
