The purpose of the pre-application conference is to acquaint the County with the intentions of an applicant, to acquaint the applicant with any applicable policies and procedures, to identify County codes and improvement standards, and to identify significant development opportunities or constraints.    A.   A pre-application conference is suggested for all application types, however a pre-application conference is required prior to submittal of a formal application for the following application types:

      1.   Site Improvement Permits;

      2.   Subdivision maps (final);

      3.   Planned Unit Developments (tentative);

      4.   Specific Plans;

      5.   Development Agreements (initial or revision);

      6.   Mobile home parks/recreational vehicle parks; and

      7.   Any development seeking alternative equivalent compliance. (Ord. 603, 11-1-2018; amd. Ord. 613, 12-3-2020)

   A.   The application shall be filed with the department with any applicable fee.

   B.   Submittal for a pre-application conference does not constitute a formal filing of a project under provisions of Nevada Revised Statutes and is intended solely to assist the project applicant and County in the initial review of a conceptual development application. (Ord. 603, 11-1-2018)
