This Ordinance is adopted for the purpose of lessening congestion in the streets; to secure safety from fire, panic and other dangers; to promote the health and the general welfare; to provide adequate light and air; to prevent the overcrowding of land; to avoid undue concentration of population; to facilitate adequate provisions for transportation, water, sewerage, schools, parks and other public requirements; to conserve the value of buildings and encourage the most appropriate use of land throughout the corporate area of the Town of Mangonia Park, there is hereby established and adopted an official zoning map for the Town of Mangonia Park, Florida, with regulations appurtenant thereto. This Ordinance shall implement the goals, objectives, policies and future plans as adopted in the Town of Mangonia Park, Florida, Comprehensive Development Plan.
