The violation of this Zoning Ordinance or other development approval issued hereunder by any person, corporation or other business entity shall render the approval null and void and shall result in automatic revocation of the town occupational license, if any. Additionally, the town may cite violations of the Zoning Code to the Town Code Enforcement Board, or may exercise any and/or all other legal remedies which may be available. Each day any violation of any provision of this Zoning Code continues, shall constitute a separate offense and upon conviction thereof shall result in fines per day, accordingly.
