Zoning Districts Established
§ 465-21 Division into basic use districts.
For the purposes of this chapter, the City of Marinette is hereby divided into basic use districts as follows.

R-1 | Single-Family Residential (Established Neighborhood District) |
R-2 | Single- and Two-Family Residential District |
RM-1 | Multiple-Family Residential District |
RM-2 | Multiple-Family Residential District |
B-1 | Local Shopping District |
B-2 | Neighborhood Business District |
B-3 | Community Business District |
B-4 | Highway Business District |
MU | Mixed Use District |
M-1 | Light Manufacturing District |
M-2 | Heavy Manufacturing District |
I-1 | Institutional and Public Service District |
P-1 | Park District |
C-1 | Conservancy District |
HP | Historic Preservation Overlay District |
WR | Waterfront Overlay Zoning District |
PDO | Planned Development Overlay Districts |
§ 465-23 Zoning District Map.
Boundaries of these districts are hereby established as shown on the map entitled "Zoning Map, City of Marinette, Wisconsin," dated July 2009, which accompanies and is herein made part of this chapter. This chapter hereby incorporates herein any future changes to the zoning district map or any later zoning maps that may be adopted by ordinance of the Common Council.[1]
