ARTICLE 12
- R-7 ZONE OF TRANSITION
Within all R-7 zone of transition districts, as shown on the official zoning map, the following regulations shall apply:
Section 12.01.- Permitted uses.
[In an R-7 zone of transition district, only the following uses of property shall be permitted:]
Offices; personal service shops, such as beauty shops and barber shops; studio of artists and photographers; but in no case shall outdoor storage of material or equipment be allowed.
Section 12.02. - Prohibited uses.
All those [uses] not permitted herein [are prohibited].
Section 12.03. - Height regulations.
No building shall exceed 35 feet in height.
Section 12.04. - Area regulations.
[In R-7 zone of transition districts, the following area regulations shall apply:]
Yard. Front, rear, and side yards, same as R-4.
Lot area per family. Same as R-4.
