[In a B-2 commercial service district, only the following uses of property shall be permitted:]

Welding shops.

Auto repair shops.

Metal shops.

Appliance repair shops.

Body shops.

Upholstery shops.

Express and transfer companies.

Steam and dry cleaning.

Bottlers.

Vending machine office and storage.

Cold storage.

Glass service shops.

Auto parts.

Janitorial supplies and services.

Cabinet shops.

Testing laboratories.

Machine shops.

Mattress factory.

Pest control.

Radiator repair shops.

Saw filing.

Tire recapping.

Wholesale office and warehouses.

Building materials yards.

Veterinarians.

Uses similar in character to [the] above-listed uses.

No building or structure shall exceed 50 feet in height.

[In B-2 commercial service districts, the following area regulations shall apply:]

Yards. No front, side, or rear yard is required; however, where side yards are provided, such side yards shall not be less than three feet.
