Principal Permitted Uses:
Agricultural, including any customary agricultural building and structure, and such uses as livestock ranges, animal husbandry, field crops, tree crops, nurseries and greenhouses.
Poultry farms, kennels, riding stables, guest ranches, and dairies.
Farm dwellings appurtenant to the principal agricultural use.
Accessory Uses:
Living quarters of persons regularly employed on the premises; but not including labor camps and dwellings, accommodations or areas for transient labor, or trailers for sleeping purposes.
Guest houses, not rented or otherwise conducted as a business.
Customary incidental home occupations, and professional offices, when conducted in a dwelling, subject to the provisions of RMC 16.12.140 paragraph I,6.
Offices incidental and necessary to the conduct of a permitted use.
Private garages, parking areas, and stables.
Name plates and non-illuminated signs not to exceed twenty (20) square feet in area appurtenant to any permitted use.
Other accessory uses and buildings customarily appurtenant to a permitted use, subject to the requirements of RMC 16.12.140 paragraph B.
Conditional Uses:
Private non-commercial recreation areas, uses and facilities, including country clubs, swimming pools and golf courses.
Animal feed and sales yards and agricultural processing plants.
Trailer courts, quarters, accommodations or areas, for transient labor, such as labor cabins or camps.
Outdoor theaters, golf driving ranges, commercial swimming pools, and other similar commercial recreation facilities; not including such facilities in which the principal use is enclosed in a building, such as bowling alleys.
Public and quasi-public buildings/structures and uses of an administrative, educational, religious, cultural, or public service type.
Height Regulations: No structure shall exceed two and one-half (2-1/2) stories or thirty (30) feet in height, except as provided in RMC 16.12.150 paragraph B.

Any building or enclosure in which animals or fowl are contained shall be distant at least two hundred (200) feet from any lot in any R or C District, or from any school or institution for human care.
