Principal Permitted Uses:
Single-family dwellings.
Agriculture limited to the growing of field crops, vegetables, tree crops, use of non-commercial greenhouses.
Kennels not exceeding ten (10) dogs or cats over ten (10) weeks old.
Coops for fowls not exceeding one hundred (100) over ten weeks old.
Accessory Uses:
Living quarters of persons regularly employed on the premises; but not including labor camps and dwellings, accommodations or areas for transient labor, or trailers for sleeping purposes.
Guest houses, not rented or otherwise conducted as a business.
Customary incidental home occupations, and professional offices, when conducted in a dwelling, subject to the provisions of RMC 16.12.140 paragraph I,6.
Offices incidental and necessary to the conduct of a permitted use.
Private garages and parking areas.
Name plates and non-illuminated signs not exceed twenty (20) square feet in area appurtenant to any permitted use.
Other accessory uses and buildings customarily appurtenant to a permitted use, subject to the requirements of RMC 16.12.140 paragraph B.
Conditional Uses:
Private non-commercial recreation areas, uses and facilities, including country clubs, swimming pools and golf courses.
Public and quasi-public buildings and structures and uses of administrative, educational, religious, cultural, or public service type.
Shelter for horses or cows, not to exceed a total of two (2) such animals over twelve (12) months old, or a total of five (5) such animals, providing such structure does not exceed five thousand (5000) square feet in ground floor area and is located at least fifty (50) feet from any property line and one hundred (100) feet from any residence or likely residential site.
Height Regulations: No structure shall exceed two and one-half (2-1/2) stories or thirty (30) feet in height, except as provided in RMC 16.12.150 paragraph B.
