The RV, River Valley District creates, preserves, and enhances passive and active open spaces, natural features, and environmentally sensitive areas for the community, especially as related to the Lower Rouge River.

   • Fence

   • Parking lot (surface)

   • Use customarily incidental to the principal use

   Outdoor recreation (private) is permitted only after review and approval by the Planning Commission, in accordance with Chapter 1225: Special Land Use.
