It shall be unlawful to use or occupy or permit the use or occupancy of any building or structure, in whole or in part, for any purpose whatsoever after placing, erecting, constructing, reconstructing, structurally altering, adding to, or moving the same without first obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy from the Building Subcode Official stating that the premises or building and the use thereof comply with all the provisions of this chapter.
