Temporary Permits may be authorized by the Building Subcode Official for a period not to exceed one year for nonconforming uses incidental to construction projects being conducted on the same premises, including such uses as storage of building supplies and machinery, assembly of building materials, and a small real estate office where a development is being offered for sale. Such permits may be renewed by the Building Subcode Official, annually, over a period not to exceed three years.
