§ LD-12-17.1.1

Primary Intended Use.

a. 
Affordable family rental multi-family dwellings;
b. 
Market rate multi-family dwellings;
c. 
A commercial use at ground level;
d. 
Parking and facilities in accordance with § 9-10 of this chapter or Residential Site Improvement Standards as deemed appropriate by the local approving Board;
e. 
Lower level parking that is more than half its height above mean building elevation shall be a story, and
f. 
Other accessory uses customarily incident to the above uses provided they not include any activity commonly conducted for gain unless specifically permitted by this Article.
g. 
Commercial uses are not permitted unless the use is within a mixed-use inclusionary development.
h. 
Inclusionary developments must contain at least 500 square feet of commercial space at ground floor.
i. 
Buildings on a street corner must contain at least 1,000 square feet of commercial space at ground floor. If a building has two frontages on a street corner, it must provide at least 1,000 square feet at each corner.
