No commercial vehicle associated with permitted land uses within the zone shall be operated on the property, nor ingress and egress, the property between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. In the event of an emergency service provided by any of the permitted land uses, these hours of operation shall not apply.
