Affordable family multi-family dwellings:

Parking and facilities in accordance with § 9-10 of this chapter or Residential Site Improvement Standards as deemed appropriate by the local approving Board, and

Other accessory uses customarily incident to the above uses provided they not include any activity commonly conducted for gain unless specifically permitted by this article.
